is a Member in the law firm of Haynes & Haynes LLC. She has more than twenty-seven years of legal experience in the areas of Business, Tax and *Bankruptcy. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston: Law Center in the area of Tax Law. She has been an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Eastern Kentucky University and a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars in the area of Tax Law. She has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Tax for Capital University's Law School and Paralegal Program. Recently, Ms. Haynes was admitted to practice Law in the State of Texas.

Ms. Haynes is Special Counsel to the Attorney General, State of Ohio. She is a former Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee with the United States Trustee's Office. She served as a neutral Arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum.

She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; Member, (IWIRC) International Women's Insolvency and Reconstructing Confederation (Bankruptcy); Women Lawyers of Franklin County; Ohio Women's Bar Association; Credit Education Coalition; American Bankruptcy Institute; State Bar of Texas; The Houston Lawyers Association, National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and the National Bar Association.

Mrs. Haynes is involved in a variety of civic and professional organizations in the Columbus community. She is an active contributor to her local church and community.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Laws Taxation (LLM) from Capital University Law School.

Her practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of Taxation, Bankruptcy and General Business Law.

Ms. Hansard is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Franklin County, and the Credit Education Association. Ms. Hansard is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

As a law student, Ms. Hansard served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Guy Reece in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. She has served as the Brief Writer and a Team Member for the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Hansard was accepted into the Pepperdine University Law School International Law Program where she studied International Commercial Arbitration, International Public Law and European Union Law in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. During her semester abroad, she interned with the Employment Law Division of Levenes Solicitors Firm in London.

Ms. Hansard participates in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk and the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Black Studies and Pre-Law Concentration from Otterbein College. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School and was the recipient of the David White Scholarship and Dean’s Award Scholarship.

is an Associate Attorney in the law firm of Haynes & Haynes LLC. Mr. Harris joins Haynes & Haynes in the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Debtor/Creditor Law, Real Estate, and General Business.

Mr. Harris is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the John Mercer Langston Bar Association. Mr. Harris is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Harris has worked in the Office of the Ohio Attorney General in the Ohio Law Enforcement section as a Research Assistant.

Mr. Harris is a member of the NAACP and also an active member of his church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Wright State University. Mr. Harris obtained his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. He was the recipient of the CALI Award for Employment Discrimination, which is awarded to the student with the highest grade in the class. Mr. Harris was also the recipient of the Black Law Students Association’s Outstanding Third Year Law Student Scholarship, and the David D. White Scholarship.
