Eleanor Beavers Haynes is a Member in the law firm of Haynes & Haynes LLC. She has more than twenty years of legal experience in the areas of Business, Tax and *Bankruptcy. She has been an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Eastern Kentucky University and a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars in the area of Tax Law. She has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Tax for Capital University's Paralegal Program.

Mrs. Haynes is a Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Panel Trustee with the United States Trustee's Office. She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, The National Association of *Bankruptcy Trustees and the Ohio State Bar Association.

She is involved in a variety Civic and Professional organizations in the Columbus community.

Mrs. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Capital University Law and Graduate Center.

Her practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of Taxation,

Bankruptcy and General Business Law.

Angela G. Phelps-White has an extensive and diverse legal experience and background. She has handled a multitude of legal matters as an attorney and in the judicial capacity in the areas of criminal, civil, and administrative law.

Before joining the firm, Mrs. Phelps-White was a Magistrate for over thirteen years in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court where she presided over thousands of civil cases. Subsequently, she served as Judge in the General Division of that Court where she continued to preside over civil matters and in addition, criminal felony cases. In addition, Mrs. Phelps-White was a Public Defender where she represented individuals in criminal misdemeanor cases. As an Assistant Attorney General, she represented governmental agencies in a variety of legal matters, including licensing regulations and employment issues.

Mrs. Phelps-White holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. She has taught continuing legal education courses covering topics such as “Practicing before a Magistrate” and “Professionalism in Advertising.”She was the adjunct instructor at the University of Dayton School of Law over the Law-Related Education Program. She is currently on staff at Capital University Law School as an adjunct instructor where she will be teaching trial advocacy.

Mrs. Phelps-White has been affiliated with many professional organizations, such as the Columbus Bar Association and the Franklin Inn of Court. She is very active in her community serving on boards of non-profit organizations and volunteering her time. She is a motivational speaker to the youths in the community and she has given workshops to teens on the issue of “Ethics and Integrity.”

Richard J. Neal is an Associate in the Law Firm of Haynes & Haynes, LLC. Mr. Neal was admitted to practice in Ohio and to The United Sates District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University, where he majored in History and minored in French. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. While at Moritz, Mr. Neal was a Managing Editor and Board Member of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.

His practice concentrates primarily in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Civil litigation, Personal Injury, and Bankruptcy.
