Eleanor Beavers Haynes is a Member in the law firm of Haynes & Haynes LLC. She has more than twenty years of legal experience in the areas of Business, Tax and *Bankruptcy. She has been an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Eastern Kentucky University and a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars in the area of Tax Law. She has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Tax for Capital University's Paralegal Program.

Mrs. Haynes is a former Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee with the United States Trustee's Office. She serves as a neutral Arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum. She is Special Counsel to the Attorney General State of Ohio.

She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; Member, (IWIRC) International Women's Insolvency and Reconstructing Confederation (Bankruptcy); Women Lawyers of Franklin County; Ohio Women's Bar Association; Bankruptcy Judicial Liaison Committee; Creditors Education Coalition; American Bankruptcy Institute; and the National Bar Association.

Mrs. Haynes is involved in a variety of civic and professional organizations in the Columbus community. She is an active contributor to her local church and community.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Laws Taxation (LLM) from Capital University Law School.

Her practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of Taxation, *Bankruptcy and General Business Law.

Rasheda D. Hansard holds a Bachelor of Arts from Otterbein College, and a J.D. from Capital Law School.

As a law student, Ms. Hansard was accepted into the Pepperdine University Law School International Law Program where she studied International Commercial Arbitration, International Public Law, and European Union Law in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. During her semester abroad, Ms. Hansard served as an intern with the Employment Law Division of Levenes Solicitors Firm in London, England.

While studying law, Ms. Hansard represented Capital University Law School as the Brief Writer and Team Member for the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Hansard has also served as the Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association, Career Services Advisory Board Student Representative and Street Law Student Teacher for East High School.

In addition to her position with Haynes & Haynes, LLC, Ms. Hansard serves as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Project Assistant at Capital University Law School.
